High precision machine with technologically advanced technical solutions,conceived to work seats and valve guides of all kinds of cylinder motor heads, from motorcycle to industrial vehicle. Automatic centering system based on the spherical and flat air-float cushions crossed action principle, electronic motor control with variable speed and digital counter display (Inverter).

Universal, reliable and safe machine. Allows the machining with greatest precision from guides of 3,5 mm and seat diameters between 14 and 90 mm.
  • Extremely solid structure by modular high rigidity steel bed. Upper bed on three columns, lower bed and parallels 1500 mm long

    Three air cushions. The first one (single) on the upper bed, on the spindle head (2 axis). The second one (single) on the spindle (spherical cushion).
    The third one (triple) on the clamping fixture bed (2 axis). Air floating flat cushion on the lower table support allows a precise centering and relieve the effort.

    Machine spindle head clamping by double pneumatic jack. Universal clamping fixture 2 jaws type, 360° rotation with accessories for all kind of cylinder motor heads. Clamping on the lower bed with three pneumatic jacks, bed and parallels 1500 mm long
